SHIPPING
All shipping will be processed during normal working hours Monday to Friday.
Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.
At times, due to package inspection policies at several Customs Departments, delays may be experienced up to 5 business days.

We strongly recommend that all color and chemical processes be undertaken by a professional. We are not responsible for chemically damaged hair.
